My Story
I've been curious, driven, and a problem-solver for as long as I can remember. From the beginning of my career, I've been drawn to industries that make a real difference — starting with NGOs and healthcare, and eventually finding my passion in tech. Along the way, I discovered how much I love building products that solve real problems and improve people's lives.
Learning by doing has shaped my journey. Whether it was diving into bookkeeping to better understand the products I was building, studying design principles to collaborate more closely with creative teams, learning programming and AI fundamentals to partner effectively with engineers, or even teaching myself HTML and CSS to build this website, I'm always looking for ways to expand my understanding and connect with teams to create better solutions.
Working in fast-paced, high-impact environments, I've successfully led initiatives that improve user experience, operational efficiency, and business scalability. At Taxfyle, I've grown into a product manager leading cross-functional initiatives, bridging user needs with business strategy, and launching impactful solutions at scale.
Today, what drives me is my passion for turning ideas into reality — solving complex problems with creativity, collaboration, and a relentless drive to keep learning and building.
My Approach to Product Management
I believe great products are built at the intersection of deep user and problem understanding, collaboration, data-driven insights, and continuous learning.
- Start with users. Deeply understand user needs, goals, and challenges through research, empathy, and feedback.
- Be data-informed. Use data to uncover insights, guide prioritization, and balance quantitative and qualitative inputs.
- Collaborate early and often. Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to stay aligned and connected.
- Stay close to the problem. Dig deep into the problem space before jumping to solutions
- Learn by doing. Build, test, iterate, and constantly learn new skills to better support teams and deliver better products.
